Time to Turn 2015 Around for RouseCRA_admin
Rouse returned to what he considers his home track last weekend, hoping to gain knowledge and seat time heading into the Mercy Masters of the Pros 144 this weekend. Once again, he was fast but a mechanical failure ended his night before it even started.
This weekend Rouse and his No. 20 Kevin Crider Motorsports team look to shake the bad luck by bringing their best stuff to one of the biggest races of the season. The Mercy Masters of the Pros 144 is scheduled to run on Independence Day, July 4, 2015. The very fast (0.375) 3/8-mile track located in Lebanon, Mo., will play host to one of the strongest entry lists in recent history and will pay the winner $8,000. Along with a large check, the winner will take home a Masters Green Jacket.
“I’m ready to get on track at I-44 Speedway (Mo.) and compete in the Mercy Masters of the Pros 144,” Rouse said. “We have had all kinds of bad luck, but it certainly isn’t of our own doing. Kevin and the entire team have brought wicked fast race cars to the track race after race. This week I’ve been able to spend more time at the shop. It has been cool for me to see what goes into building fast cars. I know we will bring another fast racecar to the track this weekend.”
