Champion Racing Association Well Represented at 48th Annual Snowball Derby Events

Salem, Indiana (Thursday, December 3, 2015): Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS will be well represented at this year’s 48th Annual Snowball Derby events at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida this weekend. To date the event has 63 Super Late Model entries on hand for the 48th Annual Snowball Derby that will take place on Sunday afternoon and 67 Pro Late Model entries to date for the Allen Turner Hyundai Snowflake 100 that will take place Saturday evening.
Of the 130 entries for those two prestigious events, 41 of those drivers participated in either an ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS or a JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance event during the 2015 season. Included in those 41 drivers is 2015 JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Drivers Champion and two time series winner Dalton Armstrong, who will pull double duty and race in both events for the Scott Neal Racing Team.
Another 2015 CRA winner entered is defending 2014 Snowball Derby winner John Hunter Nemechek who won one ARCA/CRA Super Series and two JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour events in 2015, including the Mercy Masters of the Pros 144 at Lebanon I-44 Speedway. Also Brian Campbell who led the ARCA/CRA Super Series with four wins in 2015, plus he scored one JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour win. Other 2015 CRA winners entered include NASCAR competitor Chase Elliott who won SpeedFest 2015, 2014 JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Champion Dan Leeck, Christopher Bell, Steve Dorer and Scott Tomasik.
Three time ARCA/CRA Super Series Champion Scott Hantz and 2011 ARCA/CRA Super Series Champion Derrick Griffin are both entered for the Allen Turner Hyundai Snowflake 100 event. 2012 JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Champion Daniel Hemric is entered for the 48th Annual Snowball Derby and is the car owner for his fiancée, former ARCA/CRA Super Series winner Kenzie Ruston, who is entered for the Allen Turner Hyundai Snowflake 100.
