CRA Releases Entry Form for JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Opener at Baer Field Motorsports Park
Salem, IN (March 30, 2017) – Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS officials have released the entry form for the Spring Breakout 100, the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance 2017 season points opener, which will take place at Baer Field Motorsports Park on Sunday, April 30th. The Spring Breakout 100 will be the first ever the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour event at Baer Field Motorsports Park, which has hosted the other three CRA divisions on numerous occasions.
This will be the seventh season of competition for the series whose last six point champions include Erik Jones in 2011, Daniel Hemric in 2012, Cody Coughlin in 2013 and in 2016, Dan Leeck in 2014, Car Owner Champion Bill Burba and Driver Champion Dalton Armstrong in 2015.
The Spring Breakout 100 will be part of a full weekend of racing action at Baer Field Motorsports Park. The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will have open practice on Saturday, April 29th, while the Baer Field Late Model Sportsman, Mini-Stocks and Front Wheel Drives will have a full race program on Saturday. The Baer Field Modifieds and Street Stocks will practice, qualify and have heat races on Saturday with their feature events on Sunday afternoon. The Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman will also be a part of the racing action on that Sunday afternoon at Baer Field Motorsports Park.
The Spring Breakout 100 will be the only series point’s event in the Road to Bristol for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour. The driver winning the Spring Breakout 100 and finishing second will have guaranteed starting positions for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour 100 lap feature at Bristol Motor Speedway on May 21st. Also the first and second place teams in series owner points after the Spring Breakout 100 will have guaranteed starting positions for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour 100 lap feature at Bristol Motor Speedway.
